Research Institute of Industrial Television (NIIPT) "Rastr" is an enterprise with extensive experience in creating television equipment for various enterprises and facilities, one of the main developers in Russia of television equipment for extreme operating conditions. The institute's products are equipped with dozens of enterprises of the nuclear, metallurgical, oil and gas processing, chemical, forest, glass industries, ships of commercial, commercial fleets, government agencies in our country and abroad, facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergencies, GUIN of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and many others.

History

2024: Roselectronics NIIPT Rastr for 112.5 million rubles

In mid-August 2024, it became known that the Roselectronics holding had entered into an agreement on the sale of the Rastr Industrial Television Research Institute (NIIPT). The transaction amount amounted to 112.5 million rubles, and the buyer is JSC Scientific and Production Corporation Precision Instrument Systems.

Raster is engaged in the creation of television equipment for various enterprises and facilities. This is one of the main Russian developers of television devices for extreme operating conditions. According to the company itself, dozens of enterprises of the nuclear, metallurgical, oil and gas processing, chemical, forest, glass industries, ships of commercial and commercial fleets, government agencies, facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergencies, etc. are equipped with the products of the institute.

In 2008, by a decree of the Government of Russia, FSUE NIIPT Rastr was included in the Russian Technologies Group of Companies as part of the holding structure in the field of automation and information technologies of Concern Sirius OJSC. And in 2012, by the decision of the Supervisory Board of the State Corporation "Russian Technologies," the assets of JSC Concern Sirius were transferred to JSC Russian Electronics.

It is noted that the companies own a land plot with an area of ​ ​ 7115 square meters and a laboratory and administrative building with an area of ​ ​ 7906.5 square meters. Real estate is located in the Privokzalny district of Veliky Novgorod on the first line of Bolshaya St. Petersburg street. The nearest environment is represented by social, business and residential buildings. Access is possible from the side of Bolshaya St. Petersburg street.
