2024: Cosmos Hotel Group bought 51% of Nagayeva Bay

The largest hotel operator in Russia, Cosmos Hotel Group (part of AFK Sistema), bought 51% in the Nagaeva Bay company, which is building a maritime tourist center in Magadan. The corresponding entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) on April 18, 2023.

According to Interfax, citing registry data, Cosmos OG LLC bought 51% of Nagaev Bay LLC from Magadan Region Development Corporation JSC. The remaining 49% stake in Nagaeva Bay LLC belongs to Туризм.РФ Corporation JSC.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Nagaeva Bay LLC was registered in May 2022. Activities of the company: activities of hotels and other places for temporary accommodation; construction of residential and non-residential buildings; construction of water structures, as well as a number of others.

The cost of the project to create a maritime tourist center on the western coast of Nagaev Bay in Magadan follows from the presentation of the head of the fisheries department of the Magadan Region Andrei Tabolin, referred to by TASS. According to the agency, the future maritime tourist center will be able to accommodate up to 90 small vessels and yachts. The project of creating a marine tourist center is part of the project "Sea Facade of Nagayev Bay," which includes the Embankment of White Nights, Morskaya Square and Mayak Park. The area of ​ ​ the land plot of construction is 43 thousand square meters. m, the total area of ​ ​ the protected water area is 1.8 hectares.[1]
