AS-KAM is a manufacturer of unmanned complexes with expanded operational capabilities. The company presents proprietary software in devices and is engaged in aerial photo and video shooting using its own unmanned systems.

The equipment produced by the company can be used in the following areas: agriculture, land surveying, surveying, observation of linear and areal facilities (as of December 2022).

History

2022: Purchase of 80% of AS-KAM by Aeromax

Aeromax acquired 80% of the authorized capital of AS-KAM LLC, a developer and manufacturer of civilian unmanned aircraft of aircraft and copter types, as well as optical and electronic systems. This was announced on December 6, 2022 to TAdviser by representatives of Aeromax. According to them, the purpose of the deal is to expand the aviation fleet and strengthen the company's design bureau.

AS-KAM has its own production of unmanned aircraft systems, as well as the production of composite materials. The product portfolio of the enterprise includes light and compact unmanned aircraft made according to the aerodynamic scheme "flying wing." They can be used, among other things, for aerial surveying of long objects and vast territories. Along with aircraft-type drones, AS-KAM produces AS-KAM copters, which are distinguished by an increased flight duration. In addition, the organization develops and produces optical and thermal imaging cameras that are used on board aircraft.

Thanks to the deal, the Aeromax fleet will be replenished with copter-type aircraft, and the model range of unmanned aircraft and optoelectronic systems will expand.
