Norilsk Nickel SSC Common Service Center

Norilsk Nickel - General Service Center LLC (Norilsk Nickel - SSC) is the General Service Center for enterprises of the MMC Norilsk Nickel group of companies and provides a range of services in the field of information technology, automation, finance, as well as other non-core areas of Norilsk Nickel.

The common service center is built according to the three-level model: Back- office, Middle-office, Front-offices.

• The back office is geographically located in Moscow. It coordinates the work of the Common Service Centre, allowing effective interaction among all participants in the process, ensures the transfer of non-core functions to internal services according to the model of the Common Service Centre.
• The Middle Office is located in Saratov and is a "single center" with a concentration of the maximum number of operations to be transferred for service to the SSC. This is a center of methodological expertise for VU and LL, a payment factory, SAP competence centers, 1C and support services for other template solutions, centers for performing transactional and expert functions in transferred areas.
• The front offices are located in the locations of Norilsk Nickel Group enterprises and provide interaction between customers and the Common Service Center. Today, such cities include: Moscow, Saratov, Norilsk, St. Petersburg, Chita, Monchegorsk, Krasnoyarsk, as well as settlements: Zapolyarny, Dudinka, Lesosibersk.

• 2016 - LLC NN-INFOCOM was renamed LLC Norilsk Nickel - General Service Center.
• 2015 - MMK Norilsk Nickel PJSC has launched a project to create a multifunctional General Service Center on the basis of a subsidiary of NN-INFOCOM LLC.
• 2010 - Founded in 2010, NN-INFOCOM was a subsidiary service organization providing services in the field of automation, information technology and communications.
