Sale for ₽1,2 billion of the former premises of the plant in Zelenograd

Citronics Cloud JSC, which is part of Sitronics Group AFK Sistema, sold the former warehouses and production buildings of the Kvant electronics plant in Zelenograd for ₽1,2 billion. This was reported by CNews on October 7, 2025. The buyer was the Special Economic Zone "Technopolice Moscow," owned by the city property department of the capital's mayor's office. The transaction was closed in the summer of 2025, settlements between the parties were completed.

Sitronics Cloud sold objects that previously belonged to the Quantum enterprise, which specialized in the production of electronics. Sitronics Group representatives explained that the premises were used as rental space and were not related to the current production. The company stressed that the asset was recognized as non-core, so they decided to withdraw it from the group.

Former premises of electronics manufacturer in Zelenograd "Quantum" sold for ₽1,2 billion

The arbitration file cabinet states that Sitronics Cloud previously acted as a lessor for Kvant LLC. In June 2025, a case was considered between the parties on lease payments in the amount of ₽32 million. The court ruled to oblige the tenant to pay off the debt.

Nikolai Goryunov, director of capital markets at IBC Real Estate, said that historically the Kvanta production was located in these premises, but the enterprise was moved to another site. Later, the buildings were transferred to Kontsel (now Sitronics Cloud), which was engaged in leasing them. The expert noted that the asset may be of interest to the city from the point of view of the development of industrial projects, and he described the value of the transaction as market.

According to the documents, four real estate objects were sold, located at: Zelenograd, General Alekseev Avenue, building 42, buildings 1-4. The list includes an administrative building with an area of ​ ​ 4.9 thousand square meters. m, production building - 13.6 thousand square meters. m, checkpoint with an area of ​ ​ 556 square meters. m and a warehouse of 365 square meters. m. The total area of ​ ​ land plots under the objects is almost 40 thousand square meters. m, the lease of which is issued until 2073.[1]

Yandex and Sber buy Quant

NexTouch has signed an agreement with the owner of Kvanta, Mikhail Etonov, to acquire a TV manufacturer. On July 29, 2025, the Kommersant newspaper wrote about this with reference to a representative of NexTouch.

The buyers of the asset are also Sberbank and Yandex. According to the sources of the publication, the transaction is planned as cash-free due to significant debt obligations of the company.

Yandex and Sber buy out TV manufacturer Kvant

The estimated value of Kvant is ₽3 billion, excluding debts, which reach about ₽5 billion. According to SPARK-Interfax, on July 7, 2025, a bankruptcy case was initiated against Kvant LLC. The ownership structure of the company includes 62% of the stake in Kvant-Service LLC and 38% in CEO Mikhail Etonov.

Etonov's share is partially pledged to creditors - 19% is pledged by the Alice Laboratory, owned by Yandex, the rest is pledged by Sberbank PJSC. One hundred percent of Kvant-Service LLC, owned by Etonov, is fully pledged by Sberbank.

A spokesman for NexTouch said that the purpose of the deal is to resume production of TVs in Russia and modernize production facilities for the production of touch screens, car displays and interactive panels. The Company is negotiating with all Quanta creditors and assessing the cost of equipment.

Kvanta's production capacity is 3.5 thousand devices per shift at the Voronezh and Zelenograd sites. The representative of NexTouch noted that one of the large banks will be a partner in the transaction, and in case of failure to reach an agreement with creditors, the acquisition of assets through bankruptcy proceedings is considered.[2]

Criminal case on salary debts

Law enforcement agencies opened a criminal case against the Russian manufacturer of electronic equipment LLC Kvant on the fact of a long delay in wages for employees. The company owes employees about ₽61 million and has not paid salaries since December 2024. This became known on July 16, 2025.

According to CNews with reference to the Zelenograd prosecutor's office, a criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for liability for full non-payment of wages for more than two months, committed out of selfish or other personal interest by the head of the organization. The maximum fine under this article is ₽500 thousand, which is 122 times less than the plant's debt to employees.

A criminal case was opened against the Russian manufacturer of monitors and televisions "Quantum" for salary debts

In three months - from April to July 2025 - 24 civil lawsuits were filed against Kvant to recover wages, according to statistics from the Moscow City Court. Eight claims were partially satisfied, one lawsuit was discontinued, the remaining 15 cases continue to be considered in court.

One of the typical cases was the situation with the former collector of electronic equipment, with which the company terminated the employment contract in early March, but did not make a final calculation on the day of dismissal. The plant owed this employee wages for three months, but subsequently settled the issue in pre-trial order, paying the funds due and additional compensation.

Two lawsuits were filed against Kvant to declare him bankrupt in the Moscow Arbitration Court. The first plaintiff is the Zelenograd inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service, the second is the company DNS Retail LLC, known as the network of DNS technology stores.

DNS accuses Quantum of disrupting equipment supplies in 2024. The plant did not supply DNS with a batch of 5000 monitors, although the parties have collaborated since 2017. The retailer terminated the contract with Quantum and went to court for compensation for overpayment in the amount of ₽654,5 million.[3]

2021: Yandex received 19% of Kvant on bail

On April 5, 2021, it became known that Yandex received 19% of the Kvant TV manufacturer on bail. We are talking about a corporate loan within the framework of cooperation between companies, the only owner and general director of the company, Mikhail Etonov, who acted as a pledger under this agreement, told Kommersant.

He noted that Quantum, among other things, produces motherboards for, Smart TV where ON Yandex is also loaded. A newspaper source in one of the major distributors electronic engineers estimated Kvant's share in the Russian TV market at 25-30%. Yandex secured 19% of Kvant, which develops TVs

In case of non-payment of the loan, Kvant's share will go to Yandex, says Dmitry Kolesov, director of the TV and content department at J'son & Partners Consulting. He admits that obtaining a share in the enterprise is the goal of Yandex: this would allow you to control the assembly and subsequent logistics. Yandex plans to release a new product for Smart TV, an informant familiar with the company's plans told the publication.

The head of the analytical center of the GS Group holding, Alexander Surkov, believes that Yandex can promote its services to Xiaomi TVs with Smart TVs (since 2019, Quantum has been assembling such equipment for Xiaomi) - the company could lend to Quantum for a new assembly line. Money was also needed for the purchase of licenses. The total loan size could be several hundred million rubles, he added.

Earlier, the network M of Video El Dorado"" began selling smart TVs under the firmware brand Novex from Yandex, released them "Quantum." According to J'son & Partners Consulting forecasts, by 2023 Russia will have about 41.3 million Smart TVs in operation.[4]
