Doctis is a service for online consultations of doctors and medical support of patients. The duty therapist and pediatrician on the basis of the Lapino hospital, the Mother and Child Group of Companies, as well as more than 15 narrow specialist doctors by appointment will help to assess the severity of the state of health, get a second medical opinion, decipher tests or choose a suitable medical institution.
History
2024: Saudi Market Entry
The Russian telemedicine service "Doctis" entered the market of Saudi Arabia. This was announced at the end of January 2024 by the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), which is a co-investor in the company.
As reported by Interfax"" with reference to the statement of the RDIF, Doctis signed a partnership agreement with the Saudi company Rowad Medical Services, which offers intelligent solutions in the field. As health care part of the cooperation, the parties registered the international company DoctisME in Saudi Arabia.
"Doctis"DoctisME will provide digitalization services for both Saudi Arabia's public health system and local private health clinics. The company intends to reach 50% of the country's population as users of its services. Rowad Medical Services, as part of the agreement, will support the promotion of products and services and the organization of interaction with customers.
The volume of the market for telemedicine services in Saudi Arabia by 2030 will reach $1 billion, the RDIF predicts. At the same time, Doctis does not intend to stop its international expansion in Saudi Arabia. Further international development strategy provides for access to the markets of other countries of the Middle East, as well as Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America with a total estimated number of consumers of services more than 1 billion people.
The Doctis telemedicine platform is a portfolio company of RDIF. The service team has more than 1,500 expert doctors, most of them work in the Mother and Child medical centers (by January 2024). Also connected to the service are specialists from the clinics "Scandinavia," "MMC Sogaz," "Niarmedic," "United Medical Systems," "Update," "Motherhood," "Gutaklinik," "Medsi," "Evogen," Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute named after M.F. Vladimirsky (MONIKI).[1]

Purchase of Pharmaceutical Research Platform
On November 19, 2021, it became known about the sale of a controlling stake in the contract research company Ifarma to the Doctis online consultation service for doctors and medical support of patients, founded by the general director and main owner of the Mother and Child group, Mark Kurzer. Creation of a joint venture with RDIF and Tsifromed to develop a telemedicine platform
Qifromed (a subsidiary of RT Labs JSC and the National Center for Informatization of Rostec State Corporation), Doctis and RDIF are creating a joint venture to develop a telemedicine platform using the resources of the Mother and Child network of medical clinics. Classmates, together with the Doctis telemedicine service, made it possible for their users to receive a free online consultation with a therapist. Services Doctis is included in the medical policies of more than 400,000 insured persons. The service partners are insurance companies: SOGAZ, VTB Insurance, Renaissance Life, Ingosstrakh-Life, Absolute Insurance, Energogarant, DalJaso and others.
Doctis works in partnership with 400 clinics throughout Russia, combining online consultations and traditional face-to-face medical appointments into a single set of services to help patients solve health problems.

2016: Service Foundation
The Doctis service was founded in 2016 by professor, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, doctor of medical sciences, famous obstetrician-gynecologist Mark Arkadyevich Kurzer.
