Purchase of 51% of the manufacturer of industrial robots "Eidos Robotics"

Creating a Company

On March 28, 2025, it became known that the developer and manufacturer of microelectronics "Element" created JSC "Corporation of Robots." The new company will develop industrial robotics.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the Robot Corporation (JCS Robotics Corporation) is registered in Moscow at 12 Presnenskaya Embankment, room 2/20. The authorized capital is 750 million rubles. Alexander Alekseev is the general director, and Element PJSC is the only shareholder.

The main activity of the "Corporation of Robots" is indicated "the production of other special-purpose machines and equipment that are not included in other groups." In addition, the company can engage in the manufacture of industrial robots and robotic devices, wholesale of machines and equipment, computer software development, scientific research and development in the field of natural and technical sciences. Other areas are: activities of holding companies; consulting on business and management issues; investments in authorized capital, venture capital investment, including through investment companies; activities in the field of accounting services, financial audit, tax consulting, etc.

According to Interfax, referring to the statements of the representative of Element, the Robot Corporation will complement the existing competencies of the group in the development and production of an electronic component base, blocks and modules, as well as in the creation of equipment for the production of microelectronics. The new company is expected to help Element strengthen its position in the promising industrial robotics market in Russia.^[1]
