History

2022: Purchase of the Russian branch of Kelly Services by Ventra

On June 22, 2022, it was announced that Ventra was the buyer of the Russian business international recruitment agency Kelly. The parties did not report the amount of the transaction.

As representatives of Ventra specified to TAdviser, as a result of the transaction, LLC Kelly Services IT Solutions (a subsidiary of LLC Kelly Services Si-Ai-Es) will operate under the Ventra IT brand (direction within the Ventra group).
