Taas-Yuryakh Oil and Gas Production

Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha LLC was established in 2000 to develop hydrocarbon deposits located in the western part of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The main office of the company is located in Lensk, representative offices are opened in Yakutsk and Moscow. The company is engaged in the development of the Srednebotuobinsky oil and gas condensate field in the Mirninsky and Lensky districts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), discovered in 1970.

History

2024: How digitalization helped the company save 2.3 billion rubles per year

In August 2024, it became known that the introduction of digital innovations allowed Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha, a subsidiary of Rosneft, to save ₽2,3 billion in 2023. The introduction of new technologies reduces costs and contributes to improving production safety, as well as improving environmental indicators.

During 2023, the company introduced more than 20 innovative solutions. The drilling project was particularly effective, involving the replacement of rotary controlled systems with a screw bottomhole motor and an oscillator. This technology reduced well construction time by 50% compared to traditional methods. It is expected that the economic effect of the introduction of this technology by 2026 will be ₽799 million.

Over the five years of participation in the production efficiency improvement program, Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha has implemented about 80 projects. The total economic effect of the implementation of these solutions reached ₽5 billion.

In addition to major innovative projects, the company is actively developing rationalization activities. In 2023, the company's employees submitted 180 rationalization proposals. Most of these initiatives are aimed at improving the conditions of industrial safety, labor protection and the environment. As part of this activity, occupational safety instructions were revised, visual campaigning was created and training videos were shot.

Improving production efficiency is an important element of the Rosneft 2030 strategy: reliable energy and global energy transition. The implementation of this strategy involves large-scale work to reduce operating costs, including through the implementation of advanced technological solutions.^[1]
