Transition to RVB

Legal entity Wildberries - LLC "Wildberry" - transferred its microcredit organization "VB Finance" to the company LLC "RVB" merged with the Russ group, RB.Ru reported on October 25, 2024. The deal with MKK VB Finance LLC was held on October 14, 2024.

The interim general director also changed in the microcredit company, it was Philip Petrov. Petrov in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities was mentioned as one of the participants in the Machoshop LLC excluded from the register.

Wildberries in July 2024 began transferring assets to a joint company with the Russ group as part of the merger, but among two dozen LLCs financial companies were not mentioned - WB Finance and owned by the founder of the marketplace Tatyana Kim Wildberry Bank.

Wildberries registered the microcredit company on December 20, 2023. It was planned that one of the first services would be lending to sellers.

The husband of Tatyana Kim, who opposed the transfer of assets to RVB, where Russ has 35%, has filed a lawsuit and demands to return the already alienated companies back to the circuit of Wildberry LLC, which he owns with his wife. The lawsuit does not mention WB Finance, since at the time of filing the application it continued to belong to Wildberry LLC. Bakalchuk's representative told RB.RU that Vladislav intends to challenge the transfer of all companies that were previously part of Wildberry and transferred to RVB^[1]

Appointment of Mikhail Aronov as the head of MKK VB Finance LLC
