2024: Russ bought the company "Party"

In July 2024, the Russ group of companies announced the acquisition of the Sochi outdoor advertising operator Party. This deal will allow Russ to significantly strengthen its position in the advertising market of the main resort in Russia.

According to the press service of Russ, the Party company has been one of the leading players in the outdoor advertising market in Sochi since 2002. The acquired operator has 110 advertising structures of various formats located in key locations of the city and its environs.

Of particular value are advertising media installed near the railway and sea stations, the airport, as well as in the popular ski resort Krasnaya Polyana. This location provides a high audience reach, including both local residents and numerous tourists.

After the completion of the transaction, the share of the Russ group in the outdoor advertising market in Sochi will exceed 40%, which will make the company the largest operator in the region. This opens up new opportunities for advertisers, allowing them to implement larger and more effective advertising campaigns.

Russ Regional Sales Director Alexandra Sinyavskaya noted that the acquisition of the Party will allow the company to expand its geography of presence in Greater Sochi and offer customers a more diverse targeted program. Sinyavskaya added that special attention will be paid to the digitalization of part of the purchased inventory, which will increase the capacity of the local outdoor advertising market.
