History

2021: The largest IT company in Russia decided to cut annual premiums

As TAdviser found out, in July 2021, Sibintek decided to lower annual bonuses to employees. A TAdviser source who is well acquainted with Sibintek's activities says that it was decided to pay ordinary employees 20% of the annual bonus, and no one understands why this happened. TAdviser also found information about the decrease in the annual premium by 80% in two different messages from July and August 2021 on the websites of reviews about employers in the sections about Sibintek.

According to the interlocutor of TAdviser, in this case we are talking about the parent company, while different subsidiaries of Sibintek agreed on a different percentage of the premium to be paid.

At the same time, it seems that not all employees had annual bonuses at all, at least for some workers: "Brother, did you have an annual bonus? In our macro-region, the Urals never had ordinary instrumentation locksmiths, "the user writes on one of the websites of reviews about employers in the Sibintek section.

According to the annual report of Rosneft, in 2020, 19.3 thousand people worked in the companies of the Sibintek group.

In the "Telegram" channel IT Oper, one of the users, as an existing employee of Sibintek, expresses the opinion that for people who already have low salaries, the bonus amount served as an impetus for leaving, so to speak, the last straw, "and leave really key."

And they can't be held back. Because the leader cannot promise them anything in the current situation, since he is limited in the means of response, - says the same user.

At the same time, as the same user draws attention, salaries outside the perimeter have grown significantly over several years of lack of "sane indexation" in the company, and the bonus was a tangible argument to remain. In the reviews on the Internet about Sibintek as an employer from 2020 and 2021, in particular, there is information about the indexation of salaries by 400 rubles a year.

According to the observations of a user from the Telegram channel IT Oper, recently against this background, many have been densely puzzled by the search for work - he says that he sees an increase in resumes on the HH portal from people from Sibintek in all regions, and someone leaves immediately, nowhere.

On the HH portal, as of early August, TAdviser, in a sample for a monthly period, found about 600 resumes from current and recently retired Sibintek employees from different regions of Russia.

HH chose not to comment on whether the volume of resumes from Sibintek employees really increased on their portal, and to assess the turnover of personnel in the company, taking into account its total staff and profile. The annual report of Rosneft states that in 2020, 19.3 thousand people worked in the companies of the Sibintek group. By staff size, it is the largest IT company in Russia.

The general director of IK Sibintek Dmitry Sergienko, who has been heading the company since October 2020, declined to comment by phone. The press services of Sibintek and Rosneft also did not provide comments to TAdviser at the time of publication of the material.

Recall that in December 2019 and January 2020, during two transactions, Rosneft acquired full control over Sibintek, bringing its stake in it through subsidiaries to 100%. Until recently, Rosneft owned only about 49% in Sibintek.
