Analytics as a tool to verify the performance of new enterprise IT landscapes

The events of February 2022, the subsequent changes and restrictions forced customers of IT solutions in the Russian Federation to form an alternative view of the IT landscapes of enterprises and, almost from scratch, begin to build corporate processes of accumulating knowledge and experience about Russian IT products - "bricks" of target architectures.

For almost two years of existence in the new conditions, almost everyone who did the right thing and decided to play it safe, and did not continue the "survival tactics" with solutions that lacked the support of Western vendors, more or less successfully rendered the appearance of the target IT infrastructure and even managed to start building it on IT products available in the Russian Federation. Now, in addition to the implementation of these targeted IT infrastructures, the issue of forming and continuously updating their own knowledge bases about domestic products comes to the fore of business.

Dmitry Basistyi, Director of the Strategy and Development Department of Rubytech, talks about how to do this and what opportunities already exist for this. Read more here.

TAdviser was informed about this on September 11, 2020 by ILM, which acted as a consultant to the deal. System integrator Rubytech rented offices in the Caliber technopark

Having studied many options in various points of Moscow, Rubytech representatives preferred Caliber PJSC. Technopark has become an object that meets all the tenant's requirements in terms of convenience, organization of office space and the availability of the necessary IT infrastructure. Rubytech's facilities will occupy several floors in the new building. The building has all the necessary infrastructure: a corporate dining room, a fitness center, a conference room, a coworking room, a children's room with animation and access to gadgets, a cafe, a library, etc. The premises are easily adapted to the requests of the resident company, in terms of both planning and engineering solutions.

We revised many offers in different locations of Moscow, and most of all we liked in "Caliber." To have where to expand, we rented more space than we need. Yes, we plan to grow a lot in the very near future! Conveniently, Caliber transfers the prepared premises to its tenants. This will allow us to very quickly make repairs that will fully satisfy all our requests, and enter a convenient space as early as November 2020,
noted Igor Vedyokhin, CEO of Rubytech.

At the beginning of 2015, by order of the Moscow Government, Caliber PJSC received the status of a technology park management company. This is a multifunctional business space with a total area of about 14 hectares. Technopark has its own production facilities with developed engineering and technological infrastructure, storage facilities, administrative buildings and parking. The facility is located in close proximity to the Alekseevskaya metro station and has good transport accessibility.

We are glad that Rubytech has become a resident of the Caliber Technopark. Thanks to the resident, whose business profile is system integration, as well as the creation of network solutions and technologies in the field of information security, we will be able to develop one of the main areas of our activities. Our main goal is to create the most comfortable environment that would contribute to the development of innovative companies. We promise to do everything possible to make the Rubytech team feel comfortable on the territory of the technopark. We are confident that Caliber PJSC will become a stable and reliable partner of Rubytech in the implementation of strategic business development objectives, "'

Work on finding space for the Rubytech system integrator began in March 2020 and took almost five months.

File:Aquote1.png
This deal can be called significant in the rental market of Moscow technology parks and one of the major transactions of 2020. In the context of a shortage of high-quality office offers, especially among large areas, tenants continue to be interested in the facilities under construction. Having studied the commercial real estate market in detail, we have chosen a suitable facility with good technical and infrastructure capabilities, in which the IT company can rent a comfortable and functional office and develop,
commented on Artem Nevolko, director of the office real estate department of ILM.
File:Aquote2.png

In the commercial real estate market in Moscow, a shortage of high-quality space continues to be observed. And forecasts that office real estate will fall in price during the period of restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic did not come true. There is still a stable demand for high-quality objects in convenient, in terms of transport accessibility, locations in Moscow with a good set of services and services. As an alternative solution, many companies consider technology parks, since residency in these zones also gives a number of advantages such as tax incentives: a decrease in income tax rates, transport, property of legal entities, and land. Residents of industrial and technology parks during R&D have benefits for the payment of payments to extra-budgetary funds.
