2024: Russ bought Transport Advertising

On July 2, 2024, the Russ group, the largest outdoor advertising operator in Russia, announced the acquisition of the Novosibirsk company Transport Advertising. There is no information on the estimated amount of the transaction as of the specified date.

Transport Advertising LLC was registered in December 2016. The authorized capital is 55 thousand rubles, and Irina Mashina is listed as the director. Several areas of work are announced for the company: the main activity is advertising agencies. In addition, the company can develop computer software and carry out other work in the field of computer technology. There are also mentioned data processing activities, provision of information placement services and activities related to the use of computer equipment and information technology.

Russ Outdoor

Transport Advertising specializes in outdoor advertising. Russ said in a statement that the deal will allow the group to develop its business in Novosibirsk, improve its targeted program and increase the range of advertising equipment offered.

"We continue to expand our presence in the regions of our country, not only joining new cities to the Russ advertising network, but also increasing the number of advertising structures in those cities and regions where we already work," said Russ Regional Sales Director Alexandra Sinyavskaya.

After the transaction, the share of the Russ group in the outdoor advertising market in Novosibirsk will be about 20%. As of April 9, 2024, 100% of Transport Advertising belongs to Pavel Telegin. He is the general director and founder of Advertising Online Group of Companies LLC and the founder of Metrolider LLC. Both of these structures operate in the field of advertising agencies^[1]
