Otkritie Management Company (Otkritie Investments brand) has launched an open mutual investment fund Otkritie - Balanced Rentier, which involves interim payments of coupons and dividends. Thus, investors have the opportunity to receive investment income on an ongoing basis. Otkritie Bank announced this on June 2, 2022.

Otkritie-Balanced Rantier Mutual Fund is one of the funds on the Russian market that will make it possible to receive regular quarterly income through dividends and coupons without commissions arising from the sale of shares.

Regular repayments will allow investors to:

• receive investment income without commissions arising from the sale of shares;
• See the management results by receiving funds into your bank account.
• make a decision on the distribution of the received funds: reinvest the received intermediate income for the maximum investment result or use it for personal purposes.

Investors of the Otkritie-Balanced Rentier fund will receive a ready-made diversified portfolio managed by professionals from the securities of Russian companies (Lukoil, Gazprom, ALROSA, Rosneft, etc.). The portfolio includes shares of companies that can potentially make and increase dividend payments under various macroeconomic conditions, as well as bonds of reliable issuers with a yield to maturity exceeding the rates on ruble deposits.

Due to the fact that the fund includes only industry leaders, customers have the opportunity to make money on the growth of key market players, and diversification of investments reduces potential risks.

An investor can exempt income tax from owning shares for more than three years (income from investments should not be more than 3 million rubles a year, that is, you will have to pay tax only if the client earns more than 9 million rubles on investments in three years).
