2024: Opening a representative office in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug
The Russian Center for the Circulation of Rights to Creative Results (RCIS) has opened a representative office in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Ugra. The center announced this on December 17, 2024. The decision was made by the Congress of the RCIS.
