2024: "Hals Development" bought the business center "On Voykovskaya"

GC "Hals Development" in September 2024 completed the acquisition of the business center "Na Voikovskaya," located in the north of Moscow. According to open data, Hals-Development and Hals Prof received 99.9% and 0.1% shares in Voikovskaya Imperia LLC, which owns this property.

According to Kommersant, the transaction was completed without additional comments from the developer. According to expert estimates, the cost of buying the object could be about ₽2 billion. According to Timur Ryvkin, director of the Nikoliers land development department, this asset is promising for the construction of a business-class residential complex with an area of ​ ​ 90-115 thousand square meters. m. Investments in the project can range from ₽16 billion to ₽18 billion. Experts also suggest that the deal could have been carried out as part of an exchange of shares in a future project, which suggests a possible cash-strapped form of settlement between the parties.

Hals Development acquired the On Voikovskaya business center in Moscow
