VTB acquired a 100% stake in First OFD
VTB Group on August 7, 2019 informed TAdviser about the acquisition of a 100% stake in the fiscal data operator First OFD (ESK JSC) from the ESN Group. As of August 2019, First OFD serves about 400 thousand cash desks and is one of the three largest operators of the country's fiscal data with a market share of 16%.
"First OFD" transmits fiscal data in a mode close to real time from cash registers to the Federal Tax Service of Russia. VTB Group, together with First OFD, intends to develop a product range in terms of complex analytical products based on big data for corporate clients and develop high-tech solutions for digital marketing.

Big Data Partnership with OFD Kontur
Fiscal data operators First OFD and Contour OFD announced a partnership in Big Data processing on March 25, 2019. Examination of technical means of the fiscal data operator
