FSBI TsNIIIZ of the Ministry of Health of Russia

The Central Research Institute for Organization and Informatization health care of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation was created in 1999 by order. Ministry of Health Russia

The main goal of the institute's activities is to develop scientific foundations implementation of public policy in the field of health care, as well as scientific justification for the development of a public health protection system, organization and informatization of health care.

The Institute carries out its activities in several areas:

• scientific and educational work,
• health informatization and
• international cooperation.

History

2022: Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation creates a center for information security and import substitution of software

On June 22, 2022, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation announced the creation of a subordinate Center for Information Security and Import Substitution of Software based on the Federal State Budgetary Institution "TsNIIOIZ." Read more here.

2020: Appointment of Olga Kobyakova to the post of Director of TsNIIOIZ of the Ministry of Health of Russia

On August 19, 2020, Olga Kobyakova was appointed to the post of director of the Central Research Institute for the Organization and Informatization of Health Care of the Ministry of Health of Russia. She headed TsNIIOIZ instead of Vladimir Starodubov, who will now take the post of scientific director of the center. Read more here.

2019: Creation of the Center for Competence of Digital Transformation in Healthcare on the basis of TsNIIIZ

In July 2019, the Ministry of Health announced the creation of the Center for Competence of the Digital Transformation of the Healthcare Sector on the basis of TsNIIIZ and the appointment of Dmitry Zelenkov as its head. Read more here.
