2024: AktivBusinessConsult bought Vladivostok 2000 fish processing plant

The floating fish processing plant Vladivostok 2000, which is one of the largest in the world, was sold to the structure of Sberbank - LLC Professional Collection Organization ActiveBusinessConsult (ABK). The deal took place on July 10, 2024 during an auction held by the territorial department of the Federal Property Management Agency in the Primorsky Territory.

According to Interfax, ABK became the only bidder and acquired the ship for 274.49 million rubles at an initial price of 211.49 million rubles. The initial starting price was 2.1149 billion rubles, but was significantly reduced after several failed auctions.

Fish processing plant "Vladivostok 2000" was sold to "Sberbank"

Vladivostok 2000 is one of the assets transferred to the state by decision of the Frunze District Court of Vladivostok in 2023. Previously, the ship belonged to entrepreneur Dmitry Dremlyuga and related structures.

Built in Japan in 1980, this vessel is capable of processing up to 2 thousand tons of fish per day. Its length is 228.6 meters, width - 32.2 meters, height - 19 meters. The net capacity of the vessel is 14,810 tons, deadweight is 36,484 tons, and speed is 15 knots.

At the time of sale, the floating plant was located in Vladivostok at the Vladmorrybport pier. The cost of its storage and maintenance amounted to 62.6 million rubles a month, which is equivalent to more than 2 million rubles a day.

The sale of Vladivostok 2000 completes the process of selling property worth 4.3 billion rubles, which included 31 vessels, land plots, buildings and residential premises, which were confiscated from private entrepreneurs in favor of the Russian Federation.
