Its ecosystem includes F6, Cyber ​ ​ Exploration, CyberOK, Cyberdom, CyberED and EveryTag. In the last three legal entities, the fund is the sole shareholder. In accordance with the financial statements in 2024, as before, the revenue of Cyberus itself is zero. But in the reporting period, the fund's assets seriously increased and reached 18.5 billion rubles. In 2023, this figure amounted to 55.3 million rubles, and before that it did not exceed 1 million rubles.

In the first year of its operation, F6 (Future JSC), which was created by the Cyberus Foundation together with private investors on the basis of F.A.C.C.T., received revenue of 2.37 billion rubles, and its assets amounted to 6.2 billion rubles. Cyber ​ ​ Exploration was created at the end of 2023. Its goal is to organize procedures for checking the security of various resources and searching for vulnerabilities for a reward (bug bounty). More than 500 white hackers cooperate with it, who are looking for vulnerabilities in customer information resources. In the first year of its existence (2024), the company showed revenue of 1 million rubles. Its assets amounted to 148.7 million rubles.

CyberOK appeared on the market in the spring of 2022 and specializes in providing information security services. In particular, she developed systems for monitoring and informing about the surface of attacks (SCIPA) and responding to threats, attacks and attacks (RUNA). The first is engaged in automatic search for vulnerabilities, and the second is responding to attacks. The company's revenue in 2024 amounted to 87.1 million rubles, assets - 358.8 million rubles.

Cyberdom organizes conferences and exhibitions. To do this, it turns historical real estate into objects suitable for conference activities. The first Cyber ​ ​ was opened in Moscow, but the company is counting on regional and international expansion. In particular, the company points to Sochi, Kazan, St. Petersburg, Yakutia and Vladivostok as Russian points of immediate development, and will be directed to Bahrain, Qatar, the UAE, Thailand, Mexico and Saudi Arabia in international expansion. In 2024, Cyberdom showed revenue of 238.8 million rubles, with assets worth 2.1 billion rubles.

Plans for the regional and international expansion of Cyberdom

The CyberED Cyber ​ ​ Cybersecurity Education Competence Center, as well as CyberOK, was created in the spring of 2022. Its main goal is to train specialists in the field of information security. The center has three main areas of training: white hackers (Red Team), cyber incident investigators (Blue Team) and security software developers. Revenue in 2024 amounted to 2 million rubles with the ownership of assets in the amount of 8.7 million rubles. Distance education methods used by CyberED allow you to provide services not only in Russia, but also abroad. Therefore, she also expects international expansion in the near future.

EveryTag has existed since 2008 and is developing document markup technology. You can install labels on both electronic and paper documents. The company's products are based on a patented labeling algorithm (patent No. 2646341), which is used to automatically transform each copy of the document and which allows you to identify leakage channels during the investigation. Now that the legislation regarding personal data leaks has been tightened, the need for such technologies has increased. In 2024, the company showed revenue of 126.2 million rubles, with the ownership of assets in the amount of 127.9 million rubles.

The revenue of all companies that are part of the Cyberus ecosystem in 2024 amounted to almost 2.9 billion rubles. In total, companies can dispose of assets of 8.9 billion rubles, excluding the assets of the fund itself. These resources allow the fund to actively develop the activities of its ecosystem in the information security market.

It should be noted that the products of companies that are part of the Cyberus Foundation ecosystem complement each other well, allowing them to create a comprehensive proposal for organizing resource protection, incident response and investigation. As a source explained to TAdviser, the fund plans to further create a kind of integrator that will promote such a comprehensive solution on the international market. It is planned to make CyberED and CyberED the basis of this international expansion. Work in this direction should begin this fall.

2025: Sk Capital invests ₽5 billion in Syberus

Sk Capital invested ₽5 billion in Cyberus JSC, receiving a minority non-controlling stake in the company's authorized capital. The press service of "Cyberus" announced this on December 17, 2025.

The funds raised will be used to develop the holding through mergers and acquisitions with leading companies in the field of cybersecurity and information technology. Part of the investment will support the export of the Russian information security industry to friendly countries.

Investment in Cyberus: ₽5 billion from Sk Capital

It is noted that the deal reflects the strategic priorities of Sk Capital in the field of supporting the formation and development of technology holdings that ensure national leadership in key industries. The investment is being implemented within the framework of one of the priority areas of the ВЭБ.РФ Group Strategy until 2030 - achieving technological leadership.

Sk Capital Executive Director Egor Popov noted that the fund considers cybersecurity as one of the key strategic industries where Russia is able not only to ensure its own sovereignty, but also to take a strong position in the global market. According to him, it is necessary to form technology holdings in sectors where there is already a reserve and export potential. Egor Popov stressed that Cyberus is an example of such a model - it unites strong players, develops as a technological holding and consistently works to expand its international presence.

The Cyberus holding unites the leading players in the information security market and forms export revenue through the implementation of projects to create a sovereign cybersecurity industry in friendly countries. In 2025, Cyberus works with partners in more than 40 countries around the world.

The executive director of "Cyberus" Vladislav Kolesnikov called the deal not just an investment, but a confirmation that the partners have a common understanding of the development of a strategically important industry for the country. According to him, cybersecurity is the basis of digital sovereignty, the technological future and Russia's leadership in the international arena. Vladislav Kolesnikov noted that the task of private business is not only to create effective solutions, but also to systematically develop the industry in partnership, with a focus on export and technological leadership.[1]
