The Ministry of Culture has created a federal state institution "Digital Culture," designed to implement measures to increase the accessibility of cultural organizations for young people. The corresponding order of the Government of the Russian Federation, signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, was published on August 31, 2021 on the official portal of legal information.
This was reported by TASS with reference to the corresponding document. It says that the staff of the new institution will include 30 people.
