History

2024: T2 bought Redllama

On December 23, 2024, mobile operator T2 (owned by PJSC Rostelecom) announced the acquisition of AdTech-company Redllama (Aifox Group LLC). There is no official information on the value of the transaction at the time of its holding.

Aifox Group LLC was registered in Moscow in August 2014 with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles. Nikolay Panov is the general director of the enterprise at the end of 2024. The main activity of the company is the development of computer software. In addition, the organization can carry out wholesale trade in household electrical goods, as well as retail trade in audio and video equipment in specialized stores.

T2 bought the developer of the platform for hosting Digital Signage Redllama

Redllama has developed an intelligent platform for hosting Digital Signage based on an independent single identifier. The project includes a number of software solutions: this is DMP (data management platform), SSP (proposal side platform), as well as a unique approach to combining user identifiers based on depersonalized data into a graph.

The software we developed meets modern requirements, has a variety of functionality and is constantly evolving. The system has a convenient interface, allows you to collect independent data about users and makes it possible to connect pixels of third-party auditors and analysts, says Redllama.

It is noted that within the framework of the transaction, TDM Tech LLC (T2 structure) received a 100% stake in Aifox Group LLC. According to Irina Lebedeva, Deputy General Director for Commercial Activities of T2, the modern market requires both the personalization of advertising and the conduct of "coverage campaigns" while maintaining efficiency in all available channels. The Redllama acquisition will provide new tools to advertisers.[1]
