The Belsoft company specializes in rendering services in consulting in information technology field and management consulting, project implementation  of implementation of corporate information systems of enterprise management and also on development applied and the system software using modern technologies.

As the vice president for strategic development of Borlas consulting group Valery Pankratov reported, Borlas Group will specialize in two main directions: providing the complex consulting services combining management consulting with automation of the proposed management decisions; and export-oriented programming.

Creation and implementation of ERP systems on the basis of a complex of business applications Oracle E-Business Suite will become a principal component of consulting services. The consultants for implementation working in the new company will be trained and keep the first projects under the leadership of leading specialists of Borlas.

Services in the field of export-oriented programming, according to representatives of the companies, should become one of the priority areas of work Borlas Group. They will cover all stages of lifecycle of creation of the software and also development and deployment of specific software solutions. In the new company this direction will be created based on Department of the custom software of NPP Belsoft having experience of development of software solutions for the international customers.

50% plus one stock of the new company KG of Borlas belong, the second part of actions are owned by NPP Belsoft. The headquarters Borlas Group is located in Minsk. As believe in both companies, in Republic of Belarus there is a high potential of growth of the market of ERP systems and also favorable conditions for creation of competitive development center of the custom software for foreign customers are created.
