Start accepting money transfers through Unistream

Svyaz.ON has started accepting remittances through Unistream and other payment systems. Now in the multicenters of Svyaz.ON you can replenish bank cards of any Russian bank, as well as make quick cross-border transfers to more than 120 countries, including by account number and card number. The company announced this on December 19, 2024.

Clients of any multicenter have access to transfers to key popular destinations in all CIS countries and Georgia, Turkey, China and the Arab Emirates. Customers can top up bank cards both by phone number and card number. You can also replenish the mobile account of any operator in Russia and the CIS countries, pay for the Internet, TV, games.

"Svyaz.ON" as of December 2024 has already opened more than 180 multicenters in more than 110 cities and plans to open several hundred by mid-2025 throughout the country, primarily in cities and agglomerations from 30 thousand residents, which will ensure step availability of goods and services.

Store openings

In mid-August 2024, it became known that the Svyaz.ON company, created by former top managers of the bankrupt Svyaznoy, opened a network of electronics stores. In addition, an Internet trading platform has been launched.

It is said that as of August 12, 2024, there are eight Svyaz.ON multicenters in Moscow, Bugulma, Kingisepp, Mtsensk, Naro-Fominsk, Pavlovsk, Salsk and Troitsk. In the future, it is planned to open about 100 more such points. The company focuses on high-demand technology products that customers are used to purchasing using fintech tools.

Ex-leaders of Svyaznoy opened a chain of stores "Svyaz.ON"

In particular, in the stores "Svyaz.ON" are presented gadgets, Apple smartphones Samsung Galaxy series, devices,,, Honor, Xiaomi Realme Tecno various accessories wearable electronics and key brands. It is noted that the Svyaz.ON shelves (including virtual storefronts on the Internet site) contain goods and services from various suppliers, providers and banks. The goal is to offer the client a wide choice both on the marketplace, but with high quality service and consultations.

Svyaz.ON plans to be present in shopping and entertainment centers and in the street retail segment. The points of sale will work in the format of multifunctional sites. The company intends to accept applications for loans, Promsvyazbank deposits (PSB), payment cards, as well as insurance, legal and other services from the family of non-bank services of the PSB group. It is said that the project is being developed by a team of managers with extensive experience in retail, including in such companies as Beeline, M.Video - Eldorado, Svyaznoy, MTS, Tele2, X5 Group. The CEO of Svyaz.ON is Dagmara Ivanova. Commercial director Mikhail Dogadin is responsible for working with partners, operating director Igor Gerasimov is responsible for building the sales system, and Ildar Nurullin is responsible for finance.[1]

Creating a Company

Top managers of the bankrupt Svyaznoy created the Svyaz.ON company, which became known in mid-May 2024. It is assumed that the new communication salons will sell electronics, as well as offer banking, insurance and telecommunications services.

According to Kommersant, the Svyaz.ON project is being developed by Promsvyazbank (PSB). The general director of the new legal entity is Dagmar Ivanova, who was the executive director of the bankrupt Svyaznoy network. Mikhail Dogadin has been appointed Commercial Director of the company, who since 2020 has served as Vice President for Procurement and Business Development of the Svyaznoy network, the newspaper notes.

The new network is a project based on the ideas that Dagmara Ivanova offered to banks to save Svyaznoy, but at that moment the network's credit load was already prohibitive, "an informed source explained to the newspaper.

Over the year, Svyaz.ON expects to open several hundred electronic sales points in Russian regions. The first points of sale will appear in the summer of 2024 in Moscow, Moscow region, Volga and Southern federal districts. The retailer's platform will be presented in both physical and virtual formats.

According to Kommersant's interlocutors, the new network will appear in the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions, where the PSB is actively working. But in this case, counterparties risk being sanctioned, lawyers interviewed by the publication warn.
