FSUE Rosmorport

Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosmorport" was created for the operation, maintenance, creation and development of federal property assigned to the enterprise, including a property complex that ensures the safety of navigation, work in sea trade and specialized ports, and measures to implement federal targeted programs for the development of maritime transport.

Founders

The founders of FSUE Rosmorport were the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Property Relations of the Russian Federation.

As of February 2022, FSUE Rosmorport is a unitary enterprise based on the right of economic management, consisting of a central office and 14 branches, operating on the territory of 24 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in which more than 8.2 thousand employees work.

FSUE Rosmorport, in accordance with the Charter of FSUE Rosmorport, has the right to carry out 46 permitted types of activities. The main areas of activity of the enterprise in seaports are:

• the provision of comprehensive infrastructure services related to the safety of navigation in the waters of seaports and on approaches to them;
• providing a variety of services to vessels in seaports, including those related to safe parking and navigation;
• maintenance of proper technical condition and development of federal facilities of coastal-port infrastructure in seaports, including implementation of federal targeted programs in the field of maritime transport;
• performance of other works.

2022

Increase in the authorized capital to 121 billion rubles

In February 2022, by order of Rosmorrechflot dated 04.02.2022 No. AL-19-r, a change was made to the Charter of FSUE Rosmorport related to the increase in the authorized fund of FSUE Rosmorport, which is 121 182 545 175 (one hundred twenty-one billion one hundred eighty-two million five hundred forty-five thousand one hundred seventy-five) rubles. 52 kopecks.

Sergey Pylin appointed general director of the enterprise

In February 2022, in accordance with the order of Rosmorrechflot dated 07.02.2022 No. 72/k-mrf, General Director A.A. Smirnov was relieved of his post due to the transfer to another job. By order of Rosmorrechflot dated 07.02.2022 No. 73/k-mrf, Sergey Vladimirovich Pylin, who previously served as director of the North-West Basin Branch of FSUE Rosmorport, was appointed General Director of FSUE Rosmorport.

2021: Alexander Smirnov appointed CEO

In January 2021, in accordance with the order of Rosmorrechflot dated 25.01.2021 No. 74/k-mrf, General Director Lavrishchev A.V. was relieved of his post in connection with the transfer to another job - the appointment by order of the Government of Russia dated 21.01.2021 No. 88-r Lavrishchev A.V. to the post of head of the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport. In the same month, by order of Rosmorrechflot dated 25.01.2021 No. 75/k-mrf, the duties of the General Director of FSUE Rosmorport were entrusted to Smirnov Alexander Alexandrovich, Deputy General Director for Work with Executive Authorities of FSUE Rosmorport, without being relieved of his post.
