Softline acquires stake in CET
On August 20, 2019, it became known that the IT company Softline acquired a stake in High Technologies Center (HTC) from Izhevsk. Elena Volotovskaya, vice president for investments, head of the Softline Venture Partners fund, wrote about this on her Facebook page. The value of the transaction and the size of the share were not disclosed.
The CET was presented to the Softline group with the direct participation of the regional government. This is the first time that a global IT company has invested in a regional technology business.
