2024: Inter RAO bought out Mordashov's structure share in Kashirskaya GRES for 6.4 billion rubles
On February 29, 2024, PJSC Inter RAO acquired 50% of Kashirskaya GRES LLC from the structure of Alexei Mordashov for 6.4 billion rubles. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the report of Inter RAO. Thus, Inter RAO's share in the company is now 100%.
