2020: Rostelecom was purchased by Fastek
On August 6, 2020 Rostelecom announced acquisition of Fastek company. The cost of the transaction does not reveal. The national telecom operator issued purchase of 51% of the developer of solutions in the field of management of housing and public utilities through the child JSC Netris (Competence Center of PJSC Rostelecom in the field of video surveillance).

The absorbed company develops the software for the organization of accounting, planning and the maintenance of objects of city infrastructure, control of work of contract organizations and inventory of objects of housing and public utilities.
