2024: Aquarius bought 60% of Nemifist

Russian computer manufacturer Aquarius has acquired a controlling stake in Nemifist, a developer of gaming PCs and workstations. As a result of the transaction concluded in June 2024, Aquarius Industry received 60% of the company that owns the Nemifist trademark. The remaining shares are owned by Nemifist founder and CEO Nikolai Polishchuk (24%) and early investor Artem Kumpel (16%).

According to Forbes, the deal with Aquarius was an important step for the development of Nemifist, which began as a startup specializing in the production of custom gaming computers and workstations. According to the company, the Nemifist brand was founded three and a half years ago during the pandemic, when the demand for powerful and convenient computers for remote work increased significantly. An important feature of Nemifist's products is its approach to design and performance, which has made the company popular with bloggers and esports players.

Aquarius bought 60% of Nemifist computer developer

The purchase of 60% of Nemifist became part of Aquarius' strategy to expand its presence in the gaming computer market. Aquarius "interest in this segment is due to the growing demand for high-performance systems both among gamers and among professionals working with heavy graphics and computing tasks. Experts also note that the deal opens up new prospects for Aquarius to go public and attract investors.

Nemifist actively collaborates with well-known streamers and bloggers to promote their products. Among the company's projects are custom PCs for such famous people as Instasamka, Booster and L'One. An important role in the growth of the company was played by cooperation with e-sports clubs and arenas, which also attracted the attention of Aquarius[1]
