2025: Release of more than 20 thousand smartphones and tablets
In 2025, the Raytibor company, a resident of the Technopolice Moscow special economic zone (SEZ), released over 20 thousand smartphones and tablets. The devices run on domestic software included in the unified register of Russian software. The volume of investments in production exceeded 1 billion rubles. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov on March 8, 2026.
As Maxim Liksutov emphasized, the Russian capital, on behalf of Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, is developing high-tech industries, which increases the competitiveness of domestic products and reduces dependence on imports. The development of Moscow's industrial potential and investment climate, as well as the growth of labor productivity, contribute to the implementation of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy."
Irina Petrova, General Director of Raytibor, noted that the launch of innovative production in the SEZ creates the basis for import substitution of priority types of electronic products. The project contributes to the development of local production of mobile devices and confirms the strategic importance of expanding the industry in the field of electronics.
According to K-Integration, the Raytibor enterprise, in addition to mobile devices, is developing specialized software for working with video recording systems. The PV-Pro product is designed for integration with the Patrol information registration complex and includes the PV-Service Pro and PV-Archive Pro modules.
The DZ-Pro solution provides interaction with wearable devices of the Dozor-78 and Dozor-77 series, supporting automatic copying of data and generation of user lists. The lightweight version of "DZ-Light" offers basic functionality for quick service of these devices.[1]
