The consortium "The digital industrialist is created by IT company and Borlas Group for joint project implementation in the field of digitalization of the industry in such directions as the systems of design, reverse engineering and production management, end-to-end business process automation, implementation of resource-saving technologies and progressive forms of job management.

2019: The IT and Borlas create "The digital industrialist"

IT company (Aplana Group) and the Borlas group signed the agreement on creation of consortium "Digital Industrialist" in May, 2019. Thus the parties express interest in development of long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation in preparation and projects implementation in the field of industry digitalization, namely in such directions as the systems of design, reverse engineering and production management, end-to-end automation business of processes, implementation of resource-saving technologies and progressive forms of job management.

Creation of Consortium will allow to increase business performance of both companies due to expansion of a range of proposed solutions, at the same time labor, managerial, financial and other material resources, professional knowledge and skills, a goodwill and communications will become a deposit of each participant.

Within joint activity of Borlas and IT will develop cooperation on the basis of equality, partnership, mutual advantage, respect and trust. When implementing projects of the company intend to be guided by the principle of the greatest possible use of the domestic software including included in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation and also the products developed by participating projects of the National technology initiative, including approved to development by the NTI project committee and included in the register of the NTI projects.

Conditions the agreement provide a possibility of expansion of Consortium in case of interest and expediency of participation in it of other partners improving product, technology or economic offers. The decision on acceptance in Consortium of new participants will be made by the Supervisory board which, according to the reached agreements, and will perform coordination of accomplishment of the conditions stipulated by the agreement. In addition, decision making on such questions as development of mutually acceptable cooperation conditions for all partners, coordination of actions of partners within joint projects, pricing of the competitive offer, etc. is within the competence of the Supervisory board.
