National Center for Support and Development LLC (NCPR LLC) specializes in the field of open and safe information technologies. The main activities of NCPR LLC are:

  • delivery of commercial-oriented full-featured versions of open source software and technical support services, ensuring license cleanliness when documenting rights to use them;
  • development, production and delivery of stacks of integrated software solutions based on open source software products, provision of their technical support services, including release of updates;
  • development, production and delivery of software products of the family certified according to information security requirements, MSVSphera intended for processing confidential information and personal data, provision of services of appropriate support, including the release of certified updates and ensuring the possibility of their installation while maintaining the validity of the certificate of compliance with information security requirements.

NCPR operates in cooperation with its numerous partners: open source software developers, developers, manufacturers and suppliers of computer equipment, software and information protection tools, system integrators.

Among the clients of NCPR are state organizations, Russian representative offices of international corporations, large domestic companies, enterprises of medium and small businesses.

NCPR is a Russian company without foreign participation, which is the owner of licenses of the FSTEC of Russia and the FSB of Russia for the development and production of software information protection tools. NCPR is accredited under the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation as an organization operating in the field of information technology and is included in the corresponding list.

NCPR LLC has a special structural unit - the Solomatin Bureau of World Practice Research on Open Information Technologies (Solomatin Bureau), whose tasks are: study, analysis and generalization of world experience and best practices in the application of open information technologies, interaction with foreign open source software developers in terms of adapting their software products to the Russian market, providing partners and clients with consulting support to maximize the impact of using open source software products in practical projects, development of proposals for import substitution of software in legacy and newly created information systems.

2022: Completion of Softline integration

The provider of IT solutions and services Softline on April 18, 2022 announced the completion of the integration of the National Center for Development and Support (NCPR), which specializes in the field of open and secure information technologies.

NCPR software will be presented on the market under the Softline brand.

During the integration, the Softline software development team was created. It includes competence centers and solution implementation teams based on Softline divisions such as Develonica, Business Solutions Department, Services Development Department and technical support center.

The Develonica team, which as of April 2022 has a staff of more than 1,500 people and specializes in custom development, has included products among the priority areas of work. The Softline Services Development Department, in turn, has formed an engineering expertise to support implementation and migration projects.

Softline will also develop a partner ecosystem around the latest line of products. Various partner programs have been developed for this purpose. The company's technical support center has supplemented its expertise with other solutions and will provide support to customers and partners in Russia across all lines.

Softline Training Center has prepared offline and online Softline product training programs. All this will become part of a long-term development strategy for the software line, which includes a number of open source software products:

2021: Acquisition by Softline
