The main goal of the service is to make the work of doctors and clinics more transparent for consumers, as well as simplify the process of registering a patient for an appointment with a selected specialist. This is a free service for patients.

Performance indicators

2022: Revenue growth by 40% to RUB 5.2 billion

At the end of 2022, SberZdorovye earned 5.2 billion rubles in revenue, which is 40% more than a year ago. Such data were released at the end of March 2023.

The total number of online consultations using the medical service Sberbank"" increased in 2022 by 30% to 718 thousand. Among the main growth factors in the company are the request of citizens for mental support: over the year, the number of visits to SberHealth psychologists increased 2.4 times.

The total number of online consultations using the SberZdorovye medical service amounted to 718 thousand.

Russians signed up for a face-to-face appointment through the service 1.32 million times, which is twice as much as a year earlier. This dynamics was facilitated by the connection of an additional 1,100 clinics and individual doctors.

In addition, the advertising market in Russia has undergone significant changes. In 2022, a number of sites became unavailable for promotion or rose in price. As a result, medical organizations had to turn to aggregators that attract patients to face-to-face appointments.

SberHealth is a search system through which patients can find a doctor of the right profile, as well as choose a clinic. The online service also allows you to remotely make an appointment with a doctor without wasting valuable time on trips to various clinics. The service noted several achievements by the beginning of 2023:

  • 11 years of experience;
  • more than 17 million patients who used the service;
  • an electronic database of more than half a million medical practitioners of various profiles;
  • about 4000 thousand connected clinics;
  • online consultation services;
  • 24-hour help desk.

SberHealth is integrated with many services of the Sber ecosystem: SberCloud, Sber ID, SberPrime, SberPay. To exchange data with public and private clinics, work was built with MIS (medical information systems), Uniform State Health Information System, ESIA (Public services), etc.[1]

Launch of the largest remote monitoring project in Russia for patients with chronic diseases in Udmurtia

The largest project in Russia for remote monitoring of patients with chronic diseases has been launched in Udmurtia. As the press service of the head and government of the region reported on October 3, 2022, it is being implemented jointly with the SberZdorovye service.

Remote monitoring will cover about 25 thousand residents of the region with arterial hypertension (hypertension). Therapists and cardiologists of 42 medical organizations of Udmurtia are involved in remote monitoring. Monitoring is carried out using a voice robot and "smart" tonometers, which can automatically measure, save in an electronic diary and transmit health indicators to the attending physician. The doctor immediately sees deviations from the indicators and can quickly provide assistance. The project uses digital solutions of the partner of the SberZdorovye service - a robot of the CST group of companies.

Russia's largest remote patient monitoring project launched in Udmurtia

Dmitry Domarev, director for the development of the SberZdorovye online medical service, stressed in early October 2022 that Udmurtia is one of the most actively involved in the digitalization of healthcare in the country's regions. So, in recent years, the republic has successfully introduced solutions for remote monitoring of patients with coronavirus, as well as a pilot project for people with hypertension. It is noted that these measures made it possible to significantly unload the primary medical link and provide high-quality assistance to thousands of residents of the region.

According to medical statistics, arterial hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases. Their prevention and treatment is one of the important areas of the national project "Healthcare," initiated by the country's President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. Remote monitoring will allow doctors to remotely monitor the health of patients and provide timely assistance in case of abnormal indicators - said the head of Udmurtia Alexander Brechalov.[2]

The service is provided in three annual tariff plans:

  • "All doctors online" - unlimited consultations 24/7 with a therapist and pediatrician, consultations of doctors of another 15 specialties by appointment;

Anna Loevskaya, Director of the Digital Corporate Bank Division of Sberbank:

Our non-financial service in SberBusiness can be a good addition to the social package of enterprises. Telemedicine allows businesses to provide employees with medical advice. This is especially true in a pandemic and the massive transition of companies to remote operation.

As a study commissioned by SberHealth showed, the psycho-emotional state of patients after consulting with service psychologists improved by 44%. More than 30% of respondents noted that there was no need for a full-time doctor's appointment.

Sberbank bought an online appointment service for doctors DocDoc.ru

Sberbank notes that the acquisition of DocDoc.ru is an important step in the implementation of a strategy for building digital ecosystems aimed at meeting the needs of the client as widely as possible.

File:Aquote1.png
We are creating an ecosystem that will serve as the foundation for the new quality and accessibility of healthcare services in our country. DocDoc.ru management has achieved impressive results by independently building an unconditional market leader from scratch. We are convinced that in cooperation with the Sberbank group, the company will be able to achieve all the most ambitious goals and unleash the large-scale potential of its development, "said German Gref, President and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank.

Sberbank is not going to independently provide medical services, create its own medical clinics and compete with its clients - for example, medical institutions, insurance companies or pharmacies. Instead, Sberbank will provide them with a tool for interaction both with each other and with citizens.
