2024: Revenue growth by 689% to 738.36 million rubles

At the end of 2024, the Agropromcipra company (Agro-Industrial Center for Digitalization JSC), which is engaged in the digitalization of agriculture, recorded revenues of 738.36 million rubles. This is 689.1% more compared to the previous year, when the figure was 93.57 million rubles. The relevant data are reflected in the financial statements, which TAdviser reviewed in early August 2025.

The cost of sales on an annualized basis soared by 1817.9% - from 24.97 million rubles to 478.9 million rubles. Commercial expenses are not reflected in the report, and management expenses have more than tripled - from 94.99 million rubles to 316.1 million rubles. Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services jumped by 611.9% - from 93.57 million rubles to 666.14 million rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased more than 14 times - from 27.2 million rubles to 392.71 million rubles. The costs associated with the remuneration of employees increased fourfold - from 75.05 million rubles to 304.51 million rubles.

Agropromcifra's gross profit in 2024 amounted to 259.46 million rubles: this is 278.2% more than in the previous year, when it was 68.6 million rubles. At the same time, the company registered a loss from sales in the amount of 56.63 million rubles, which is twice as much as in 2023, when losses from sales were estimated at 26.39 million rubles. Net profit increased almost sixfold - from 6.82 million rubles to 40.38 million rubles.

As of December 31, 2024, receivables amounted to about 91 million rubles against 3.98 million rubles a year earlier (an increase of 2187.5%). Accounts payable rose by 536.2% - from 18.79 million rubles to 119.52 million rubles. Net assets are indicated in the amount of 942.43 million rubles.[1]

2025: Supplier Approval for Development and Operation of State Information Systems for the Ministry of Agriculture

By order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated August 18, 2025 No. 2235-r, the joint-stock company Agro-Industrial Center for Digitalization (Agropromcipra JSC) was approved as the only supplier (contractor, contractor) for the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia for the development and operation of state information systems, as well as ensuring information security of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia in 2025-2026. Agropromcipra announced this on August 21, 2025.

The decision was made as part of the implementation of the departmental program of digital transformation of the Ministry of Agriculture and is aimed at centralizing and accelerating the digitalization of key industry processes.

Directions of work:

  • Development of the Single Window GIS - a system for collecting and analyzing industry data of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.
  • The creation and development of the FGIAS PR is the completion of the second stage for the creation of a tribal resource system and its further development.
  • Development of the EFGIS ZSN - a unified federal state information system on agricultural lands.
  • Development of GIS "IAS NTOR" - a system for operational monitoring and assessment of the state and risks of scientific and technical support for agricultural development.
  • Ensuring information security (excluding monitoring in 2025).
  • Operation of information systems of special activities of the Ministry of Agriculture (with the exception of the grain traceability system and grain processing products).

The government has set deadlines for concluding government contracts:

  • Until December 31, 2025 - for all projects, except for the operation of special activities systems.
  • Until July 31, 2026 - for contracts related to the operation of special activities systems.

The Ministry of Agriculture will have a center for countering cyber threats

Agropromcipra, created in 2023 as an information security service provider and integrator for the agricultural industry, plans to launch its own SOC (Security Operation Center) in 2024 to provide services based on it. This was told on November 23, 2023, answering TAdviser questions on Moscow Hacking Week, General Director of Agropromcipra Alexander Molozhavsky. Creating a Company
