The company has standard solutions for banks, insurance companies, trade enterprises, uniform dispatching services and multifunction service centers of the population (MFC). Solutions of Chapel are used by the authorities and MFC in Yaroslavl, St. Petersburg, Yakutia and also in some districts of Moscow and area.

"Chapel" has experience of cooperation with Russian Post which intends to open based on post offices of MFC for rendering the public and municipal services. The solution of the Yaroslavl developer is implemented in 50 post offices of the Republic of Mari El rendering services in the principle of "one window".

History

2013: IBS purchased software developer for Russian Post and MFC

The "Budget and Financial Technologies" company (BFT) purchased in the summer of 2013 of the Yaroslavl software developer for automation of customer service of Algoritm LLC (Chapel brand). It is said in the annual report of the owner of BFT - IBS Group Holding.

BFT purchased 51% a share of Algorithm, transaction amount was 44 million rubles. At the same time BFT took in Unicredit Bank the credit of 40 million rubles for a period of half a year under 9% per annum.

Primary clients of BFT are the ministries and finance departments of regions. The company signed the largest contracts in 2013 in Tatarstan (maintenance of automated control systems for budget process until the end of 2015, 79.4 million rubles), in the Amur region (creation of the IT system for planning of budgets of municipalities for 45 million rubles and also consulting for 29 million rubles) and in the Volgograd region (maintenance and modification of software set in the Ministry of Finance until the end of 2013, 42.3 million rubles).
